The same single call as flow B, without the payment block. The policy is issued immediately and the premium is settled outside the gateway.

Your account must be configured for one of:

• PayLater — Inshuwa bills you for the premium on agreed terms.
• External settlement — you collect from the customer and remit to the insurer yourself.

Neither is set per request. If your account has neither, the call is rejected with a message asking for a mobile money account to bill — use flow B in that case.

Send a reference so the policy can be reconciled against the settlement later.
